Go to winrupee.ws/register and fill in your name, Pakistani mobile number, email address and date of birth. Choose a username and password, accept the Terms and Conditions, and click the submit button. The whole process takes under 2 minutes. No. WinRupee enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy across the entire platform. Duplicate accounts are detected through mobile number, email address, payment accounts, device fingerprint and IP address checks. If two accounts are found to belong to the same person, both are suspended and any pending withdrawals held pending review. Do not attempt to create a second account to claim a second welcome bonus — this is considered bonus abuse and will result in account closure.

Log in to your WinRupee account and go to Account Settings. You can update your email address directly from there — a confirmation link will be sent to the new address. To change your registered mobile number, an OTP will be sent to your current number first to confirm it is you, then a second OTP to the new number to verify ownership. If you no longer have access to the old number, contact support at support@winrupee.ws with your CNIC details for identity-based verification.

Yes. You can request permanent account closure from the Account Settings page or by emailing support@winrupee.ws. Before closing the account, any real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Active bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be voided. Permanent closure is irreversible — once confirmed, the account cannot be reopened and WinRupee will not accept re-registration using the same details. Go to the WinRupee login page and click "Forgot password." Enter your registered mobile number and an OTP will be sent to that number within a few seconds. Enter the OTP to access the password reset screen and set a new password. The whole process takes about 90 seconds. If you have changed your mobile number and can no longer receive the OTP, contact support at support@winrupee.ws — provide your full name, date of birth and city to verify your identity and regain access.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play at WinRupee. This is a hard requirement with no exceptions. Age is checked at registration through your declared date of birth and may be verified with identity documents at the withdrawal stage. If WinRupee determines that an account holder is under 18, the account is immediately closed and any deposited funds are returned to the original payment source. No winnings generated on an underage account will be paid out.
Deposits

WinRupee accepts all major Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfers via IBFT and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. There is no preference — all methods are equally valid and none carry a WinRupee processing fee. The minimum deposit at WinRupee is Rs 200 — the lowest minimum deposit of any major platform serving Pakistani players. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-volume deposits may require additional verification. You can deposit as much or as little as you like within your personal budget. WinRupee encourages setting a deposit limit in your account settings to keep spending within comfortable limits.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits typically credit within 30 seconds. NayaPay and SadaPay usually take 1–3 minutes. IBFT bank transfers can take 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on your bank. Card deposits take 2–10 minutes. If your deposit has not appeared after the typical time for your method, check the deposit history in your account settings first. If it shows as "Pending" for longer than expected, contact live support with your transaction reference number and the support team can investigate and manually credit it if the funds have been received.

WinRupee does not charge any deposit processing fees. The full amount you send is credited to your account balance. Some payment providers — particularly banks for IBFT transfers — may charge their own transaction fees on their end. These are set by your bank or payment provider, not by WinRupee, and WinRupee has no control over them. To avoid any third-party charges, Easypaisa and JazzCash users typically find the lowest or no fees for small to medium deposits.

A declined deposit usually comes from one of three sources: your payment provider declining the transaction (check your Easypaisa/JazzCash app for any error messages or balance issues), a daily limit set on your payment account, or a brief technical disruption. First, verify that the payment was not deducted from your wallet or bank — if money left your account but did not appear in WinRupee, contact support immediately with the transaction ID. If the payment was not deducted, try again or use an alternative payment method. Persistent failures should be reported to support@winrupee.ws.

No. WinRupee operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, balances, bets, winnings and withdrawals are in Rs with no currency conversion required. This means you never lose money to exchange rate fluctuations and there are no hidden international processing fees. The amount you deposit in Rs is exactly what shows in your account balance. This is one of the key reasons WinRupee was designed specifically for the Pakistani market rather than being an international platform adapted for Pakistan.
Withdrawals

Log in to your WinRupee account and go to the Deposit and Withdrawal section. Select "Withdraw," choose your preferred method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT or card), enter the amount and confirm. The withdrawal is submitted for processing immediately. For verified accounts, most withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 4 hours. Make sure your account is verified and your payment details match your registered information to avoid delays.

The minimum withdrawal at WinRupee is Rs 500. There is no reason to let a small balance sit idle — as long as your available balance (after subtracting any active bonus requirements) is Rs 500 or above, you can request a withdrawal at any time. There is no limit on the number of withdrawals per day for verified accounts, though each individual withdrawal must meet the Rs 500 minimum.

Verified accounts normally process within 30 minutes to 4 hours. Delays beyond that can occur when: (1) your account identity has not been fully verified — check Account Settings for any pending verification steps; (2) your withdrawal triggered a routine security review, which is common for first-time withdrawals or amounts significantly higher than usual; (3) your payment provider is experiencing its own processing delay. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 6 hours, contact support through live chat with your transaction ID and the team will prioritise the review.

No. WinRupee only processes withdrawals to payment accounts that are registered in the same name as the WinRupee account. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement and cannot be bypassed. Attempting to withdraw to a third-party account will cause the withdrawal to be rejected and may trigger an account security review. If your registered payment number has changed, update it in account settings — the new number must pass an OTP verification before it can be used for withdrawals.

WinRupee does not charge any processing fees on withdrawals. The full amount you request is sent to your payment account. As with deposits, your payment provider may apply their own small transaction fee — this is outside WinRupee's control. Easypaisa and JazzCash users in Pakistan typically find this the fastest and most fee-free withdrawal option for amounts under Rs 50,000.
Betting

WinRupee covers all major cricket formats and tournaments available to Pakistani bettors: PSL (Pakistan Super League), international Test matches, T20 Internationals, One Day Internationals, Asia Cup, ICC T20 World Cup, ICC Cricket World Cup and domestic tournaments. For each match, WinRupee offers pre-match markets (available days before the game) and in-play markets (available ball by ball during the live match). WinRupee displays odds in decimal format by default — this is the most straightforward format for Pakistani bettors. To calculate your potential return, simply multiply your bet amount by the displayed odds. For example: if you bet Rs 1,000 on a team with odds of 2.50, your total return if you win is Rs 2,500 (which includes your Rs 1,000 stake back). Your profit would be Rs 1,500. The Betting Odds page explains all formats in detail and lets you compare odds across different markets.

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by WinRupee, it cannot be cancelled. WinRupee offers a Cash Out feature on selected markets — this allows you to settle a bet before the event ends at the current market value. Cash Out is available for eligible in-play and pre-match bets and the option appears in your active bets list when Cash Out is available. The Cash Out amount may be more or less than your original stake depending on how the match is progressing and the current market odds.

If a match is officially abandoned, cancelled or declared void without a result — and WinRupee's settlement rules determine it cannot be settled — all open bets on that match are voided and your stake is returned in full to your account balance. This typically applies to matches abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for a result. For partially completed matches where an official result is declared (such as via Duckworth-Lewis in rain-affected ODIs), bets are settled based on the official result. Yes. While cricket is the most popular sport on WinRupee among Pakistani players, the Sports Betting section also covers football (including major European leagues and international tournaments), kabaddi, tennis, basketball, virtual sports and esports. The range of sports and markets available varies by season and tournament calendar. Football coverage is particularly strong during the FIFA World Cup, UEFA Champions League and major domestic league seasons.

Yes. WinRupee supports accumulator bets (also called parlays or multiples) where you combine two or more selections into a single bet with a combined odds multiplier. All selections must win for the accumulator to pay out. The more selections you add, the higher the potential return — but also the higher the risk. WinRupee's bet slip automatically calculates the combined odds and potential return as you add selections. There is no limit on the number of selections in an accumulator, though individual market betting limits still apply per selection.

The minimum bet at WinRupee is Rs 50 per selection. This low minimum means you can explore different markets and bet types without risking large amounts per bet — particularly useful for new players still learning how different markets work. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event and are displayed on the bet slip when you enter your stake. Casino & Teen Patti

WinRupee's Teen Patti tables are run by live dealers in real time. The game follows standard Teen Patti rules — three cards are dealt to each player and the dealer, and the hand closest to a Trail (three of a kind) wins. A wagering requirement (also called a rollover) is the amount of bets you need to place before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. If you have not met the wagering requirement within the expiry window, the remaining bonus funds are forfeited. If you activate a bonus and then request a self-exclusion or cooling-off period, the bonus will be voided when the exclusion is applied — the deposited real-money funds are still returned to you.

Bonus abuse includes creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly, using bonuses in ways that guarantee or near-guarantee low-risk winnings (such as betting both sides of an event to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk), using payment accounts registered in someone else's name, or deliberately structuring bets to qualify for wagering requirements without genuine participation in the market. Your personal information, payment details and account data are stored in encrypted form and are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. If you suspect unauthorised access, act immediately: (1) try to log in and change your password from Account Settings; (2) if you cannot log in, click "Forgot Password" to reset it; (3) contact WinRupee support at support@winrupee.ws immediately with the subject line "Urgent: Account Security." Support will lock the account while the investigation is carried out and review login records. WinRupee keeps detailed logs of all logins including IP addresses, device types and timestamps — this helps identify unauthorised access quickly.

WinRupee will never ask for your password, PIN or full payment account details via SMS, WhatsApp, email or phone call. Yes. WinRupee automatically applies OTP-based two-factor authentication when it detects a login from a new device, unusual location or after multiple failed attempts. You can also enable mandatory OTP verification for every login from Account Settings — this requires you to enter an OTP sent to your registered mobile number every time you log in, even from familiar devices. This setting is recommended if you share devices with other people or are concerned about account security.
Responsible Gaming

Go to Account Settings and select the Responsible Gaming tab. Choose Self-Exclusion and select a temporary period (1 week to 6 months) or permanent closure. The exclusion is applied immediately — your account is deactivated, all marketing stops and any real-money balance is returned to your payment method. You can also request self-exclusion by emailing support@winrupee.ws. A self-exclusion cannot be lifted early — the full period must run. Permanent exclusions are final and irreversible. Log in, go to Account Settings and select the Responsible Gaming tab. Set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit — the maximum amount you can deposit in that period. Once you reach your limit, deposits are blocked until the period resets. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately. Raising a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before it applies — this is deliberate and cannot be bypassed. You can also set loss limits, session time reminders and reality check alerts from the same page.

A cooling-off period is a short account pause — 1 day, 1 week, 1 month or 3 months — for players who want a break without committing to a longer exclusion. During a cooling-off period your account is suspended and all marketing stops, but the period can be set in advance with a planned return date. Like self-exclusion, a cooling-off period cannot be cancelled early. Self-exclusion is a longer and more serious commitment — 1 week to permanent — and is intended for players experiencing genuine difficulty controlling their gambling.
